Cancellation & return policy

For the benefit of our customers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile. Please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement as unfortunately, We do not accept returns. In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request.

A return request can be raised by sending an email to Info@albarakahcmt.com Although we take necessary steps to assure the correct product is delivered to you if a wrong product is delivered to you, please raise a Return Request within 3 days from delivery and arrange to replace it with the correct product. Please mention the Order number in your Return Request.
